I had a great experience here! I recently had them replace my clutch. The employee I worked with was Allen, and helped me out every step of the way. I never had to worry about calling first, and every call was professional, informative and patient. This was the largest car repair I have ever needed to be done, and they not only did a wonderful job mechanically, their customer service was top notch. 2008 Lincoln MKX AWD - transfer case needed rebuilt. These guys did an amazing job, and even backed it up with a warranty on the work performed. The service was completed on time and was fairly priced in my opinion - you might be lucky to find a lower-cost shop elsewhere but they definitely would not have the same level of customer trust or quality of work. I was referred to this shop by an employee at Kwik Kar on Inwood for an oil leak and I am so grateful I took their recommendation and entrusted Allen & his team with my car. My 2001 Ford F150 needed the air intake manifold replaced.  I ordinarily do my own work, but the holiday season schedule wouldn’t allow that this time.  I was referred to T&K by Firestone on Summerside in North Dallas and a little hesitant about going to a shop I was unfamiliar with.  Service Manager Allen was EXCELLENT from the start.  When I initially called he was not available, but he returned my call as was promised.  He allowed me to provide my own parts.  He kept the truck on his lot while we were away for Thanksgiving.  He got the repair done 2 days ahead of schedule.  He got the repair done for less money than was originally quoted.  He was exceptionally friendly and helpful in every single interaction.  I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Allen and T&K.  This will be the shop I take my vehicle to when needed going forward, and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.
